We have been coming to Milano’s ever since we moved to Jacksonville a few years ago. We’re not regulars by any means, but every time we come in they make us feel so welcome! The food is always hot and fresh. I normally get the cheese ravioli and I am never disappointed. We tried the seven layered chocolate cake chocolate cake tonight and it was to DIE for!!! We will keep coming back.

Jonny Im a waitress went there today to order to go with my work uniform. Went directly to the back counter to make te order and while I’m doing it, Johnny touch me in the shoulder and with a loud and mean voice tell me “next time wear a shirt “ I just said OK. I know he it’s the manager cause while I’m waiting for the food outside ask for his name and JONNY went out and with the worst customer service I ever experience talk to me not let me talk ether and when i ask for the manager 3 times btw told me was himself First have a visible sign explaining you have dress code Second have a host greeting customer just in case something like that happens again Third JONNY there’s not gonna be a next time you lost a client And administration give your manager some good behavior manners

Came here for a Dinner on a Saturday night and was able to eat outside. Very clean patio, we were able to watch poker on the TV. We ordered the Veal Piccata and Chicken Parmigiana, both very good. We also tried a 10” Cheese Pizza which was good as well. Overall worth the money, staff was very outgoing and kind, clean atmosphere, hot and tasty food.

One of my all time fave Italian places. Calzone and Stromboli are amazing. They are huge, big enough to share or for lunch they next day. Service is always great. Their red sauce is so tasty. There is a separate bar area and outdoor seating. There are a couple of locations, I’ve only been to the Beach location though. The booth seating could use a glow-up but it would never stop me from dining here.

From the moment we stepped into Milano's, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between elegance and warmth, with soft lighting, tasteful decor, and a quiet buzz of conversation that sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. The service was impeccable—professional yet personable. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent wine pairings, and anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was a work of art, both visually and in flavor. Each plate told a story of creativity and craftsmanship, clearly made with top-tier ingredients and a deep passion for cuisine. Highly recommend. A true gem. We'll be back.
